You call from a desk phone, a softphone or your own PBX over a SIP trunk; caller ID passes your own number through, so the other side sees who is calling.
IVR, queues, ring groups, time conditions, follow me and call forwarding are configured from the control panel. Call recordings on demand or on every call, voicemail and incoming fax as email attachments, and CDR reports for every extension when you need to check a bill.
