Your number, your brand

Not a shared line: your own business number, your company name shown to customers, a verified business profile, and up to 20 numbers per business. Delivery and read status per message; files, images and location supported.

How you are charged

Two parts. A monthly fee agreed with you up front, sized to your daily volume — how many conversations you start and how many messages you send. On top of that, each message your business sends is priced by the country of the person receiving it. Incoming messages from your customers are included. One itemised invoice each month.

How the 24-hour window works

You open a conversation with an approved template — a reminder, a document request, a one-time code — billed per message at the rate for the customer's country. As soon as the customer replies, a 24-hour window opens: inside it you send free text, files and images without templates, and every customer reply extends the window by another 24 hours. Their messages are included; each message you send is billed. When the window closes, you reopen it with a template.

Note: from 1 October 2026 Meta revises its rates. Your final per-message price is confirmed in your quote and reviewed each quarter — full details and the country rate list are in the WhatsApp section of the main page.

Integration: your system or ours

A REST API to send from your own software, or our ready operator panel if you do not want to build anything. We help with number connection, template approval and keeping your sending quality high — clean, wanted messaging keeps your delivery limits up.
